"Elvis has left the building (as named by those in the sewing cel with whom Elvis was a frequent visitor and rumor has it that he (or she) often enjoyed peanut butter and banana sandwiches).

Barb Wise from Hawkeye was great (www.hawkeye.ca) and, at first from the ground she believed it was a Coopers Hawk but then after catching and looking at its feathers underneath determined it was a Merlin Hawk. We strung up invisible netting in the prototype area and were very lucky that it flew into this netting, then the plant erupted into applause, and we released it out back and it flew away completely unharmed.

Some of the material handlers advised that another Hawk has been hanging around out back - so perhaps it was this ones mate?

Sharon I took the below pictures and 2 short videos (Quicktime) and Cora had a professional camera; so many people have been asking about the Hawk
